RETENTION
Have you ever signed a contract with a brand, only to have the rep who sold you on the brand leave 2 years later? The swimming industry has a major retention problem, with most reps only spending 2-4 years in a team sales role. That's less than the average length of a team contract. We understand that relationships are everything in our industry, and our business model ensures you will be able to work with your same rep for 10+ years.

Finding the right brand partner is time consuming. When it comes time to reevaluate your current contract, you're much more likely to stick with your current brand rather than negotiate several offers and reach out to multiple reps.
